All bookings must be made in advance through our website or authorized platforms.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
We provide private pedicab rides in Central Park and surrounding areas.
Tour duration and stops may vary depending on traffic, weather, and customer preferences.
Customers are responsible for arriving on time at the agreed meeting location.
Failure to arrive on time may result in cancellation without refund.
All passengers must follow safety instructions during the ride.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Discounted pricing may apply for children aged 3–12.
Tours operate in most weather conditions.
In case of severe weather, we may reschedule or cancel the tour.

Lost or stolen personal belongings
Delays caused by traffic or external factors

Our terms and conditions require that all bookings be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour receive a full refund under these terms and conditions. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in our terms and conditions policy.
Weather-related cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis under these terms and conditions. If conditions are unsafe for riding, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
